Personato Werving en Selectie has been commissioned by an international retail organisation in search for a Marketing Assistant.

Purpose:
Provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Communications Manager and Marketing Manager, and the Marketing team as necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Coordinate the organisation events and other PR activity, which support and underpin the delivery of the group marketing strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager with the development and production of all B2B collateral, corporate identity and guidelines in conjunction with Herring Design. Ensure the organisation of B2B and B2C marketing materials (particularly for new Centre openings).
- Maintain and evolve the MG Library including restructuring current content, managing uploading of new photography and evaluating other information that can potentially be shared and making recommendations to this effect.
- Support the Communications Manager with the development and implementation of key activities including PR, retail communications, MAPIC and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support – maintaining critical paths for departmental projects and assist in meeting deadlines; updating and disseminating key workflow documents, organising and co-ordinating key department group meetings and conferences. Assist in ad hoc projects and support both the CMO and RD with their projects when requested.
- Provide financial management assistance - ensuring the corporate marketing budget tracker is maintained and up to date, receiving and tracking all invoices to final approval by the CMO and RD within 15 days of receipt, liaising with the finance team to track expenditure and highlight any areas of concern, facilitating quarterly budget forecasting, managing and reporting on the departmental travel and expenses budget.
- Carry out ad hoc business projects as required.

The maximum primairy salary is € 2650,- based on a 37,5 hours work week.
